FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1. What is the production time?
Production time is calculated from the date we receive the approved label design. It takes 4 to 5 weeks for the first order.
2. What is the minimum order quantity? (MOQ)
For private label, the minimum order quantity is between 3,000 and 10,000. It all depends on the type of product and the associated production process. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the products available on the website.
3. Do you accept private label (own brand) orders?
Yes. Private label products are characterised by the fact that we provide the necessary materials and the data sheet required to produce the label in Polish and English. After receiving the label and finalising the details, we proceed with the order.
4. Do you produce products with ingredients other than those available on the website?
Yes, provided there are sufficient quantities, we are able to develop additional formulations, use different bottles, colours and provide all technical documentation. In this case, the production time is extended.
